No Propaganda VPS — Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing personal data of users of the No Propaganda VPS service, available at review.nopropaganda.space, and the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data.

The personal data operator is: IBC Web Propaganda Ltd., legal address: Office 14, First Floor, Trinity House, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles (hereinafter — the "Operator").

The Operator processes personal data solely for the purposes set out in this Policy and does not transfer it to third parties without the consent of the data subject, except as expressly required by law.

By using the service, the user agrees to the terms of this Policy. If the user does not agree with the Policy, they must stop using the service.

2. What Data We Process

NP processes account ID, linked email and Telegram ID, device and installation identifiers, device name, app and OS versions, network type and provider, subscription status, and events such as app launch, VPN connection attempts, and opening subscription or support screens. These support authentication, access, device limits, troubleshooting and product improvement.

When registering and using the service, the Operator may process the following data:

• Email address — for account identification and communication with the user;
• Payment data — transmitted directly to the payment service (cryptocurrency processor, 1Payment, Tribute); the Operator does not store bank card or cryptocurrency wallet details;
• Technical data — IP address, information about the device and software used, date and time of connection — to the extent necessary for the technical operation of the service;
• Service usage data — selected subscription plan, subscription status, activation and expiration dates.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:

• Performance of the service agreement (public offer) concluded with the user;
• Providing access to the service and managing the user's subscription;
• Processing and recording payments, including recurring payments;
• Sending the user technical and informational notifications;
• User support and responding to inquiries;
• Prevention of fraud and abuse;
• Compliance with applicable legislation.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data is processed on the following grounds:

• Consent of the data subject (acceptance of the public offer terms);
• Performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
• Compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Seychelles.

5. Data Retention Period

NP successful or cancelled diagnostic sessions without errors are retained for 7 days; sessions with faults for 30 days, API traces for 30 days, and relay traces for 7 days. Cleanup runs periodically. These periods do not automatically apply to profiles, product events, payment records, system logs or backups. Profiles and related operational data are erased when account deletion completes. Payment records and information necessary for accounting and payment replay protection are retained as required by applicable rules.

6. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

NP data is not sold or used for advertising tracking. The service uses hosting servers, Cloudflare, Google or AdGuard DNS depending on settings, Google/Cloudflare connectivity checks, and WebRTC infrastructure for relevant bypass connections. These services process network addresses and requests needed to deliver their service; our account database is not provided to them for advertising.

The Operator does not sell, transfer, or disclose users' personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

• Transfer to payment services (1Payment, Tribute, cryptocurrency processors) — solely to the extent necessary to process payments;
• Upon request from a court or authorized government authorities in accordance with applicable law;
• With the explicit written consent of the user.

The listed third parties process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. The Operator recommends reviewing them on the respective services' websites.

7. Data Security

The Operator takes organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. Such measures include: encryption during data transmission, restriction of access to personal data, and regular assessment of the effectiveness of the measures in place.

8. User Rights

You can initiate deletion of your unified NP account in the app under Account → Delete account, or on the account deletion page. Sign in, re-enter the primary account key and confirm. Completed deletion revokes access on all devices and removes profiles and related operational data from the app, website and bot systems. Managed renewals are cancelled. Pending payments and partner payouts must first be settled. Deletion does not automatically issue a refund. Erasure from active systems does not mean immediate erasure from backups.

The user has the right to:

• Obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Request deletion of their personal data ("right to be forgotten");
• Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• Request restriction of personal data processing;
• File a complaint with the authorized personal data protection authority.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The website review.nopropaganda.space may use technical cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site (authentication, session management). These cookies do not contain personal data and are not used for marketing purposes.

10. Policy Changes

The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. The updated version is published on the website. Continued use of the service after the publication of changes constitutes the user's agreement to the new version of the Policy.
